How much does delivery cost?
Golf club orders are charged at £12 for next-day working delivery (please note this is not a guaranteed service and is best endeavours)
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm should arrive next working day as all clubs are sent sing Pacelforce24, again please note this is not a guaranteed service.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched - if you don't receive within 24 hours please check your junk mail and if not there, please get in touch,.
What condition are your clubs in?
Every club we sell is second-hand and has been individually inspected and graded before listing. We grade from Mint through to Fair based on cosmetic wear — see our Condition Grading Guide for full details on what each grade means, with example photos.
Are your listings the actual item I'll receive?
Yes — every product photo shows the real item, not a stock image, so what you see is exactly what you'll get.
Do you sell brand new equipment as well as used?
We predominantly sell used equipment, but we do occasionally stock new items — these are clearly labelled on the product page.
Can I return an item if it's not right for me?
Yes — we offer a 14-day return policy. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund/exchange, provided the item is returned in the condition it was sent. Please make sure any returns are well packaged and fully insured for the return postage journey.
Is your equipment guaranteed authentic?
Yes. Every item is checked against manufacturer specifications before it's listed. We do not sell counterfeit or unverified equipment.
Do you offer trade-ins or part-exchange?

How do I know what club/flex is right for me?
